Please consider this seriously and get behind Ruth & Martin's brave attempt to raise funds for Stoney & Friends folks.
"With just under 4 weeks until the big day, the training is going well, and Ruth & Martin are now up to 20 mile long runs. Our picture was taken at the recent Fleet Pre-London Half Marathon, where we both finished within our target times, and since then have completed the Reading Half Marathon at a slightly quicker pace.
