the spell is over. had it hard the last few weeks, blanked loads and lost a few, but kept at it and finally got a result, and i think there may be a few more to come.

lets just say this is more of a character than a looker. lol

carthagena's parrot common, 26+

taken on a tiger glugged in ucn's ultimate e for 2 weeks, poped up 2 inches fished a rod length off the baited area.

thats a proper un, well in.

i fished my local club carp pairs match final this weekend, minus my pair cos he is on holiday.

took 2 fish, one on the tigers glugged in ultimate e and the other on a zig rigged pop up glugged in ultimate e, (this stuff is good) got the take almost instantly hadnt even made it back to my chair.

anyhoo, only took pics of the second one because the first fish was stressing big time.

afraid it was all about the ones that got away, well the 3 that got away. but chuffed to bits still, came 3rd in the comp on my own, fishing against some very good adult anglers that were in pairs.

just came back from Wavney Valley, 13 fish out on the Enzyme, done 2 overnighters last week on Stanstead Abbots, lost a nice one at the net, and had a 24lb common on the Enzyme, now baiting stanstead with the moonspice, m8 dropped in behind me yesterday and had a 41 Mirror..apparantly it was dumping my bait all over his mat......
