Hi Dean,

I try not to post drivel - which most of my thoughts consist of!!! my first post was tongue in cheek but also provocative - not to have a pop but to elicit a explanation, I'm fascinated, genuinely.

I kind of watched UCN develop on FW and loved your ethos, it seems to come from a "lets show the trade and the punters whats possible" angle, something i respect and applaud mate.

The enzyme is a near 'Valhalla' thing, so reading of you bringing out other baits was a bit of a surprise because essentially you have a niche or unique selling point, adding tutti frutti spoils the whole thing, i'm exaggerating like...

however, if you brought in a business consultant he would undoubtedly tell you to broaden your appeal, theres a market for tutti frutti or tutti 8!!

i'm no bait expert but baits can go on selling hand over fist through reputation - the enzyme is getting there because i'm hearing people talk about it bankside.

reading the reasons behind the spicezyme it makes sense, we are so used to reading blurb which is aimed at catching people - how many will read you talking about spicezyme and not have a clue that that you have added a spice blend to alter the activity in the bait... spices are very in vogue, look at the new baits about.....half of which is down to you and Pete from my perspective.

Neil

Thanks Neil,i have found a lot of companies are going down the spicey route now you come to mention it But i am so busy with our baits that i really dont have the time or inclination to worry about the rest of them

We are only in our first 18 months as a company and i feel we are going in the right direction as we are deffo getting talked about and,i feel for the right reasons mate. And if established bait companies are starting to think on a more nutritional outlook and in a way that incorporates a more natural and more nutritional approach, then we are doing something that will benefit the fish and the the trade in the long run

Athough we are only minno"s in the bait trade, yours and others input are an invaluable part of our progression and we value your objective opinions

I have decided to hold back one of the baits and do a couple of seasons slaying on some local pits on the strength of concernened comments from respected and valued persons of which yours was one,so thanks

Then, and only then, once it has taken these lakes apart, which ,without sounding bigheaded,i am certain it will, i will release it!

But only when we and our testers and our respected inputers feel it ready

LET US EDUCATE THE MASSES SO AS OUR FISH BENEFIT AND THRIVE WHILST PROVIDING US JOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                               Respect and regards,Dean U.C.N

dean ,ijust had my first season on enzyme, i am only one short sessions, 12 to 18 hours overnight, would i be better off staying with enzyme due to its high leakage( i defrost it 3 to 4 days before use) or would the moonspice be as effective and i could use it all year round if i wanted to.

Firstly Billy, how have you faired with the ENZYME?

As you would not be asking about another bait if you had done well?

PM ME TO GO INTO THIS FURTHER MATE

                                      Regards,Dean
