WHYWhy do people book fishing holidays and then decide to go on various forums asking what the lake is like etc etc 
It amazes me the amount of times I see "We've just booked a weeks fishing on lake xxxxxx and was wondering if anyone had fished it. What's it like?"
Surely the question should be asked 1st

Really imo people do it because they want fish to be handed to them on a plate
The risk of blanking can be off putting...think about it
you've just spent £1000 on a weeks trip inc fresh bait, new tackle and everything for a good time...last thing you want to do is blank....so people choose thier lake then scoure every source they can for info so they wont blank

Thats the diff though Ron, YOU don't ask for help. But there are folk out there who book a place and THEN decide to ask what it's like
