It is one hell of a fish size wise, but its far from gorgeous, sorry

I'd rather spend the night with her rather than some old trout

its a good looking carp, you cant say its an ugly fish, its fairly well proportioned and its well conditioned, shes not pale and washed out and shes not an easy one to catch, you would be greedy to ask for more of a near 70lb carp!

I agree Richard... I would love to catch this fish...
I've seen some pictures with the fish in its Autumn/Winter colours and it's flippin' gorgeous...
Add to that (like Matt said) the sheer size of it and the fact that the proportions of it are proper and it's gotta be a good 'un... Surely???

what is with his pec though, one side its really long and thin haha
but not the most interesting looking carp, but very impressive...

Yes it does have a deformed pec on one side , he ( TT ) is even more gorgous when you're holding him for the camera !!

Brett, I know of very few anglers who have either caught this fish or know as much about its history as you do.
Mate.
Please give us a bit of a insight of what it was like to catch it and a bit about its factual history.
kind regards Jeff

Well i've had to go over it's history many times for the doubters but for those that are still non the wiser here's a quick recap , it was stocked back in the late 60's as a fingerling by the kent river board into some lakes in faversham , the earlist capture recorded of Two Tone was at 12lb from one of these lakes . The lakes were then to be drained so the carp were moved to surrounding waters and two tone was put into conningbrook along with a handful of others it's weight then being about 17lbs . A few years later it was spotted by Paul Forward and his fishing partner and his mate caught it opening night at 35lbs and so the legend began !!
