Self takesI'm not too good at doing the self takes but I am getting better, so what tips have you got for a good self take?
I do have an attachment so I can stand my camera on a bank stick.
My main problem is rushing and worrying about the fish and wanting to get it back quickly :? In reality the fish probably goes back quicker when on my own than it does when I have help from someone 8)

if you can get either a remote/bulb release system or a programmable timer, i set mine as 10 seconds and then take ten pics in a row, just leave the fish in the net and get set up and then on the mat, and back in a few mins...

I have just brought a bulb release for my self shoots can't tell you how good they are yet, as i am yet to catch on my local pit  this year!!!

If your using a bulb when taking the shot rather than hold it to depress tuck it under your knee or foot then you still have totaly control of the fish!!
I'll post more info once the hangovers gone!!! :?
