Misting up

Although on this occasion it has made my picture have a little character how do you stop your camera from misting up?

I keep it in my rucksack, inside a case. It isn't left out at night.

Hi mac, thats the problem, you`re bringing the camera out into the cooler air from a warmer enviroment causing condensation to form, misting the front element of the lens.
The easy way of curing that is to leave the camera out all the time, if thats practical, so that the temp of the camera is the same or as near as the ambient temp around you.
Hope that helps

Id agree with Len, but the only thing id look at as well Mac..

Is it misting up coming out of your bag, or is it “Damp” from being in a wet bag?

I leave mine on top of my tackle box under my bed chair next to my scales

Scales and camera together so i can weigh and photography the fish quickly... saves the thumbling
