in stead of france!been to france the last couple of years and i am looking for a venue to spend a week on next year ,not looking for plenty runs,just looking for some real good lookers,with the chance of a lump or 2,any where you guy's would recommend cheers colin

Tidal below dam, with the odd lump in the lake above.
You will need to get a lisence from the forestry commision, but you can fish the tidal river without one.
There are portugese barbel below the dam, when I fished there about 16 years ago they were not much bigger than a kilo. but I think the brits have been fishing for them since and they have grown bigger.
I have seen some monsters in the lake, some look well over 50lb.

any help with details on where to fish in holland would be appreciated if anybody can help,ive been on a few sites but cant find any canal stretches or lakes on sites in english
