whats he done ? plenty of molly coddling and back slapping , no doubt to get there confidence back ,
playing guys in there proper positions and stopped rotating so many players  
that will do for starters ,as its working 
as for supporters hating him or anyone else theres nout as fickle as a football supporter me thinks , give em a win and they shut up for a bit lol
