Driving test?As a taxi driver I have to conform to local council rules and regulations. Today I received a latter from my licensing authority, informing me I have to sit a British Standard driving test. And I am to sit one every 10 years thereafter.
Now I fully and totally agree with the test and the reasons behind it. But it got me thinking.
I hold a full driving license. I hold a full PCV license. I hold a full LGV license. I am ADI trained to instructor level. I hold a defensive driving certificate.
I hold a CPC(certificate of professional competence). I have never had a single point on my license and I have never had a insurance claim in 33 years worth of driving.
I have a strong feeling I hold more qualifications than the instructor will  and am very much looking forward to the experiance.

Worst thing they ever did was to stop retesting.
There are some drivers out there that should be off the road for one reason or another and retesting would get rid of some!

didn’t think you was retested, unless you lost your license? 
 don’t start me on bad drivers.. Just to many on the roads today.
What’s the worst thing that gets your back up?
I hate it when you get the idiot who knows that two lanes is going into one, but they flyby you (whos waiting in the right lane), then try’s to squeeze in at the last moment. AAAAAAaaaaaa
