I can enjoy a Kebab sober. Yumm yumm ! 
Agree Snobber, A Kebab isn’t one of the healthiest of foods out there, but its ok in moderation.
If you talking about the effect food and drink have on your body, after a good few beers (the amount mac needs to enjoy his kebab) the beers will be doing more damage to is body than the kebab, and at this point the kebab will help his body recover!! 
So remember this next time mac and you may enjoy the kebab even more!!

I'm with Ghost on this one... I enjoy a doner when I'm sober...
I watched a Gordon Ramsay episode and they are made from proper lamb cuts (albeit the cheaper ones), which cannot be said for some burgers, which are made from mechanically recovered meat (or the stuff jet washed off the beef carcasses onto the abbatoir floor )
I think they get a bad rap, due to their popularity with the inebriated masses of a Friday or Saturday night...
